What are your shipping policies?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours of shipment. If you have any issues with tracking please contact us -> hello@eosrest.com or you can even try to track it using our live chat system.

What is your return/refund policy? 

We do not accept returns or refunds on purchased items unless the wrong product was delivered and differs from what was purchased. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product that was received, please reach out to us and we may be able to come to a conclusion. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
